Today i met a F1 boy wiv a sprained ankle hoppin up the stairs.. I asked if i could help and told the "I'm a st john member thing"...I INSISTED to treat him by 50% but he refused 100%... saya tak makan orang pun...so kesian him hopping around..looks darn painful..(any tips on helping these type of ppl, melanie???)btw i nid some serious advice on usin roller bandage...pls help...
