Action packed last half hour of Mon in SMK Seafield..

It was the last period in school, and we were having Science in science lab. Today was one of those days when it was humid and boring. when I was about to start a conversation with my two best friends, when We heard an announcement. Encik Musawir was saying :" Form 2 St John members on duty, please come to the pejabat now." Me, Wan Ying and Pei Er jumped up immediately, grabbed our stuff and bags and started running. A guy came and told us the casualty was actually at 5 Amanah. Wai Yi and Sok Kuan's class. We rushed there and got the information that she had bumped her head on the chair, then table. Pn.Lau was already there.
She asked us to call 2 Hormat pengawas to help out. So, Jie Hui, Wan ying and pei er got the stretcher and i called 4 pengawas but only 3 came.. By the time i got back, they already have her on the stretcher. Pei Er and the 3 pengawas were in charge of the stretcher while the 3 of us held the middle of the stretcher and i tried to comfort the casualty. She was in lots of pain then.
Met Pn Chew and the casualty's parents. Her dad called for an ambulance and we waited for the ambulance while comforting her. Zian Xiang,Wan Ying, Jie Hui went back early. Then Pei Er went back. This leaves me, the 3 pengawas, Encik musawir, encik zaharol,Pn.Lau and Pn Chew. They were very nice to have stayed and helped out. En. Musawir praised Wai Yi and Sok Kuan for helping when they were in Form 2..Pn Lau was like:" They already Form 5 lah!" lol.
Finally, the ambulance arrived. Four professionals in uniforms came out with a spinal board and a stretcher trolley. Wow. This is my first time seeing them, other than the pictures in the first aid manual. I saw how they put the scoop stretcher ( orthopaedic stretcher) and put her on the stretcher trolley. Went back home, the end.
I think that being a first aider is great, i have had some real live experiences and learned alot of things, got to help others in pain, AND i get to see the other side of teachers, they can be garang sometimes but they DO care for their students alot! Thank you everyone for letting me gain a new experience! and thank you to: - En. Musawir -Pn. Lau -Pn. Chew -En. Zaharol -Pei Er -Wan Ying -Jie Hui -the 3 pengawas ( Jonathan, Chun Ken and Bryan) sorry if i spelt ur names wrongly.. -AND Zian Xiang for helping to take my bag and other stuff... XD - And all the others who helped out! (sorry I didn't catch ur names..)
