We had comp squad training yesterday. I was greeted with a flurry of orange and purple (our OUG shirts). Wan Ying said i looked like a ghost as i had put on liberal amounts of sunblock to avoid becoming grilled meat. We took off our caps and ran around the padang for 3 time. Mind you, the padang is a HUGE one. Me and Wan Ying were panting halfway. Its like "urgghhh... why this padang so big one???" Jie Hui and Pei Er arrived late, so both of them lucky people ran for 2 times only. But they kena 20 times hentak la, so.. hehheh.. cannot be jealous of them running for 2 times. BUT, hentak 20 times is better than running what..
We all got such a shock and marching improved by 50% when cprl Ng and Tn Lian arrived suddenly. Behind us was a group of aunties dancing. The music was kinda mixing in with my brain cells, so i put in a lot of effort to focus on Pei Kai's commands. Why? Because I know the consequences.. There was once when we were hentaking and the aunties were dancing to Waka Waka. Our hentaking were synchronised with the beat of the song. IT WAS FUN...
Finally we got to stp and Cprl Ng did a few postures of us marching. EPIC. We laughed so hard.. especially Pei Er.. Cprl Ng also told us to mantain a good posture. Ok, I'll remember that..
The most important part was when Cprl Ng taught us about the primary and secondary survey. I learned a LOT of things. And I"m not exaggerating. I asked Vei Lynn and Cprl Ng about osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is the softening of bones because there is not enough calcium. O.o Oh, and about a ribcage fracture incident i saw in CSI.
Will find more about it later, now, i have to complete the homework given by cprl Ng. bye bye! :)

"Don't ever let yourself believe that the role you play in the lives of other's is not an important one, especially in the lives of the ones you love and who love you. No matter how big or small that role is, or may seem, it's a very important one, and it is one that only you can play." Don't underestimate yourself. Someone out there may need you. -David Archuleta

Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

"I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."

I have dreamed in my life, dreams that have stayed with me ever after, and changed my ideas; they have gone through and through me, like wine through water, and altered the color of my mind.
