been a long time since i updated my blog. So many exams, urgh. streesed. :P
So yesterday, I found out about
DEXTROCARDIA
it is related to situs inversus.
Yeah, judging by the name, its easy to guess..
INVERTED POSITION OF INTERNAL ORGANS!!!
its a congenital condition where major visceral organs ore reversed or mirrored from the normal positions.
Dextrocardia just so happens to be..
the heart is on the RIGHT side of the body.
I was thinking.. what if you met an unconscious person one day, proceeded to do CPR BUT what you don't know is that he has dextrocardia? O.O
I KNOW, I KNOW,
the chances are like finding a needle in a haystack,
1 in 12,000 people,
but, WHAT IF?
*curious face
I can't wait for exams to be over!!
That day I lent a book titled
'Medical therapeutics of the 21st century'
I didn't know we had books like this in the library, but
WOW. I think that there is only one book like this in the library.
And i'm holding it :D
It is really interesting, except that this is WAYYYY MORE than what I know.
All the medical jargons and calculations..
I don't really understand it but it is really interesting.
I've even neglected lending novels to read that :P
I used to go to the novel sections to look for nice novels,
but I don't know when I started running to the 'Sains Tulen' part everytime i go to the library.
I guess people change.
Like..* urgh ignore this
Anyway, DEXTROCARDIA! cool xP
Remind me to ask Benjamin or Cpl Ng nxt time! :D
I know just how Benjamin would react '=.=' study for your PMR lahh..' xP
PLUS, Ming Yii's going to teach me about the files and reports after exam, so I have alot of things to look forward to!!! :DD
talking abt tht, congratulations to Han Leon!
the article in The Star practically has his name all over it xD
owh.. and he says tht 'ok lah, the agm dance is nice lah'
Still not really pleased with the answer, but it'll do for a die hard SNSD fan :D

For once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return.

"Don't ever let yourself believe that the role you play in the lives of other's is not an important one, especially in the lives of the ones you love and who love you. No matter how big or small that role is, or may seem, it's a very important one, and it is one that only you can play." Don't underestimate yourself. Someone out there may need you. -David Archuleta
Everytime you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.

Every time you see someone in distress, you have the opportunity to work as a team with Heaven's angels. You become the channel for your angels to provide loving care to those in need.-Doreen Virtue
Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

"I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."

I have dreamed in my life, dreams that have stayed with me ever after, and changed my ideas; they have gone through and through me, like wine through water, and altered the color of my mind.
Emily Bronte
Have a heart that never hardens, and a temper that never tires, and a touch that never hurts.
