Cards

Hey guys! Its been a while since I was here.

On Thursday, I met with our St. John gang. After watching several Mickey Mouse cartoons, I Shuen suggested playing 'Cho Dai Di'. They were lacking one player as Wan Ying was sitting happily in front of the laptop facebook-ing. They made a decision. To teach me how to play. I Shuen started explaining about all the uh.. cards that should be paired together. And all the powerful pairs, for example, 5 cards with the same symbol on them. I must've looked very blur, cause Jie Hui decided to take over and told me about the rankings of each card. I was still very blur. Jie Hui and I Shuen kept telling me about the cards. Zian Xiang helped remind me that it was my turn. Forgive my blurness.. The game started. I was really helpless and blur. I turned and sought help from Wan Ying. My awesome best friend. She came to help immediately. She taught me again, from the beggining and told me how I should arrange the cards. Now, I began to understood. I got a few pieces of the puzzle, but not all. Beginner's luck, they say. I won, in my first ever game of cho dai di. Wow. So, the rounds continued. I took the cards, Wan Ying played. Both of us were really hapy. Zian Xiang and I Shuen suspected that we won because I touched the cards. They started to touch everyone's cards before each round. Supersitious people. :P Me and Wan Ying won six out of the eight rounds we played. :D awesome!
I'm so glad to know these people. :D
Guys, when are we going to play cards again? :D
Cause I am somewhat addicted :)

Love,
Jie Xin
